Day one will be Sunday, May 28, 2022, which makes the end Saturday, December 9, 2023. This week will be a detox. I will get better systems together. And I have some opportunities for the first 8 weeks to be a bit easier, so will totally take advantage of those.

- Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress Done
- Maximum eating window of 8 hours. nope, 11 hours.
- Save at least 800.00 per month in High Yield Savings. ** Done
