I am starting over. Again

Because I can

Day one will be Sunday, May 28, 2022, which makes the end Saturday, December 9, 2023. This week will be a detox. I will get better systems together. And I have some opportunities for the first 8 weeks to be a bit easier, so will totally take advantage of those.

  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 – In bed 8:50 hours, slept 7:47 and 82 sleep score. Yes
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 6540 so no.
  3. No wine or alcohol had some wine with dinner.
  4. No personal shopping* Bought a lunch box with a gift card.
  5. Write at least 8 minutes per day on a major WIP Done
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress Done
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. nope, 11 hours.
  8. Save at least 800.00 per month in High Yield Savings. ** Done
