Day 2, Week 3

Our air conditioning is out and it’s over 100 degrees. So I have taken pseudo day off, especially since sleeping is not happening well at all.

  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 In bed 7:30, slept 6:20, score 71
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 5907 steps, and about 8 minutes of yoga.
  3. No wine or alcohol One glass of cold rosé
  4. No personal shopping* Check
  5. No social media scrolling before 12pm Check
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress Check
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 7 so check
  8. Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project.Check

6 of 8, so a 75% day. Not complaining, given the circumstances.
