- Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 6000 Nope. (75% of goal Feel like I should count it though, just because 6000 on the nose?? Who does that?)
- No wine or alcohol Check
- No personal shopping* Check
- No social media scrolling before 12pm check
- Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress check
- Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 9 Hours. Not today but closer.
- Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project. check
6 of 8 for my 75%. Moving in the right direction. Really leaning toward this being Week 1, but may wait until the 1st of August.. So, week 8 it is?
