- Meet 80% of my targets for macronutrients. 45 P 132 C. and that did show up in my blood glucose measurement this morning. Did not meet the targets
- Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 10 hours, nope
- Declutter one thing each day; either recycle, donate or, last resort, dispose. Check (Poshmark)
Not a bad day, would love to have slept more, but I did some watercolor painting before bed which was quite relaxing. May try to make that a thing.
