So although my focus is supposed to be on sleep, I stayed up too late. I cannot go to bed at 10:30, wake up at 4:40 and expect to get 7 hours of sleep without a time machine.

  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 – In bed 6:31; Slept 5:51 Score 76 (95%), so Yes.
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 4727, nope
  3. No wine or alcohol Check
  4. No personal shopping*  Check
  5. Write on my main project for 8 minutes a day. Check
  6. Read for at least 8 minutes a day.Check
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 11, close but not today.
  8. Declutter one thing each day; either recycle, donate or, last resort, dispose. Check
